LNT Care Developments are currently looking for a Mystery Shopper to join their team. You will work closely with the team to analyse customer and competitor care homes and demographics in a specific area. As well as mystery shopping your role will include  visiting existing care homes provide information back to board reports with occupancy, quality of staff, feeling of the home, fee levels and vacancies. You will work closely with a team to analyse customer and competitor care homes and demographics in a specific area.

The ideal person will have excellent attention to detail and good observation skills. You will need to be comfortable in a variety of new environments to then be accurate and descriptive when writing up reports to then present to the team.

Job requirements

You will be required to travel to different locations across the UK in your own vehicle and will be paid mileage. Weekly trips to head office in Leeds 25 will also be required.

We are looking for someone with an interest or experience in social care.

We are currently looking for a Junior Interior Designer/Graduate Interior Designer. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to develop both existing and new skills within the role.

Working alongside the lead designer you will provide assistance at all stages of our projects. Rolling out a brand fit-out scheme into new build care homes across the UK.

You will have:

  • Experience in the Production of 2d internal finishes drawings, furniture layouts, bespoke joinery drawings and FF&E specifications.
  • Be able to liaise with sub-contractors to co-ordinate furniture and artwork packages.
  • Have a keen eye for design, sourcing accessories and memorabilia for the internal dressing of the care homes.
  • Experience in Auto cad (essential), photoshop, sketch up and revit advantageous but not essential
  • Good microsoft word, and excel skills.

You will be attending our sites to fit out the care homes and check off FF&E specifications and drawings prior to handover of the care home to the clients.

You must be able to work as a team player within the design team, capable of multi tasking and working in an ever changing fast paced environment, with a basic understanding of construction drawings.

Ideally you will be a recent graduate or junior designer looking for a long term career opportunity within a great team.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Completing 3 way match process with Purchase Order, Invoice and Delivery Note

  • Attend Motorsport events in the UK and potentially overseas, including race weekends.
  • Manage the parts dispatch team.
  • Proactively lead achievement of the department’s parts sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning sales activities, changing department’s processes). 
  • Provide an accurate forecast for parts and rebuild sales on a monthly basis, write and issue reports.
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
     

Qualifications/Key Attributes:

  • Proven work experience in a sales role or order processing role.  
  • Motorsport industry experience is beneficial 
  • Excellent English communication skills 
  • Ability to manage a team 
  • A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus 
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) 
  • Sage Line 200 experience beneficial but can be trained.
